Hey guys
After some wifi advice for my airport extreme.
My iPhone 4 can see the wifi and used to be able to connect but when it did the data was incredibly slow-a lot slower than 3G. Now though it can see it but won't even connect.
My iPad uses the same connection (but a 5ghz signal) and is perfect.
Is this a set up issue? What settings are considered the best for the iPhone?
Thanks guys

If we were including both iPhone 3G/3Gs and iPhone 4 cases, I'd have well over 100 possibly.
:O ;) That's a lot of cases!

Lighting has nothing to do with brand, otherwise, I would be struggling to match "Daylight", "Canon" and "Nikon" light to this very day.
Seriously though, that's the great thing about lighting, it really does not matter if it is coming from a Vivitar 285 or a AB 1600, light is light.

Why does the BB software require rebooting the darn thing? I tried installing without rebooting but it won't work. Can't say i didn't see this coming. I won't be rebooting until the next OS X update, guess my BB can wait till then.
what's wrong with you?

Hi there,
I used a programme called Araxis Find Duplicate Files for this - worked very well. Seem to remember I downloaded it from the Apple site a long time ago, so It might well be in the App store.

3. Update your pc when Vista is released because apparently no current pc will run Vista.
Woah, His PC better be enough to run Vista, if it can't, Microsoft will die. (not like it would be a bad thing)
The Intel issue: Powermacs won't come out until heck it wouldn't even be a good idea to get a rev a machine
Switch! BUT, wait for the expo, hope for dual cores, if not get a dual 2.7 g5, you will be a happy camper.
Good Luck!

As for the dream, if you would like to change the color of the Yosemite and post your version, your going to have to have Photoshop, and you're going to have to do it yourself. No one can perfect this dream for you. You know what you want from this photo

I've has Apple replace about seven of them. Just show it to one of the sales people in the Apple Store and they'll ask you when you got it. Just make sure you say within the past two months or it'll be out of warranty.
In my opinion the dock cables aren't as great as they used to be. I think they went down hill around summer 2008.

I think my choice of light has a lot to do with conditioning through my time being educated as a photographer.
The school had 8 studios with a complete Bron Color set for each, along with three lamps.
My place of internship had me then introduced to Bron's cheap brand "Hensel" and when I went on to the 2nd department of that studio I was back on Bron Color.
During the last year of my studies I was working with Pro Foto and almost immediatly after I was done I worked with Bowens.
Yes, light is light. But the price you pay affects quality of build and durability and how much you can trust the lamps color temperature.
In my current line of work, I'm depending on lamps of 1600watts or more, below that would render my tasks impossible due to the need of high apertures and low iso. (and that's even working with Sinar where I can control the focus plane...)
At home I've settled for a Bowens flash kit with 2 500w lamps which are fine for people photography. I mostly shoot no higher than F8.
But if I had to do large pack shots I would have a problem.
What I like about the Bowens remote kit is that I could just put in two remote cards and then my pocket wizard will trigger them from far away and around corners etc.
I paid around 1500 dollars for that kit (including stands and what not)
I have no doubt in my mind that I will in time exchange my kit to Bron or Pro Foto, or just buy it as an extra set. I trust those two brands and I know for a fact that their longevity is amazing.
At my fulltime job we work on 15-20 year old Bron generators and they are as steady as they've always been... I'd like to see the same durability in a product half as expensive as Bron. I doubt you'd find it.
While Bron offers a lot of customization in their generators, I find the system of Pro Foto very intuitive and user friendly and the way they build their basic reflectors you don't even have to buy into spots etc., just tape two reflectors together :D
My tip would to save up to Bron or Pro... or even invest in a used genny. We sometimes get insane offers like 1000 dollars for a 2400w generator (yeah, my boss got connections :( )
Photographers crash and burn often and it's those guys you need to find... they often sell out their gear for pennies.
Best of luck to ya.

A link to what? A summary of Climategate? I'll let you flex your google-muscles on that one.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Climatic_Research_Unit_email_controversy
First result on google.
Well, look at that, overwhelming consensus that there was little to worry about in the leak except for some transparency issues, and that the science behind it is still as strong as ever.

I'd wait for 4. Better weight and graphics. Don't jump in too soon just because of retina when your needs wont be met in full. Lets just hope 4 happens in March 2012 and not Sept 2012.

Ah, it may be a 20% increase in clock speed, but there are a number of factors that will make a difference.
First: remember that not everyone is going to be upgrading from the current top-end model to the next one (and in fact, that would be a pretty silly thing to do unless you could sell your Powerbook at near the original price). If you've got anything less than one of the current models, you're going to probably see a considerably larger boost - and not just due to clock speed, but cache, video hardware, system bus speeds and memory speeds.
Besides, we don't know exactly what the upgrade will entail. If it has more L2 or L3 cache or faster video (or even just more video memory), it may feel more than just a bit faster, especially in certain applications.

Hi,
The WiFi line for FV, started in shortly after 10AM.
I arrived around 11AM, walked right in, at that time
they had hundreds in stock.
Regarding International customers I do not beleive there
are restrictions. For example, many people from Europe
flew to NYC bought several iPhones and then flew home.
Kept 1 for themselves and sold the rest for profit.
