On May 11, 2011 will mark the "Philippine Spring Cleaning Day", its a new campaign for awareness to have the 1st public and private iniative for cleaning and sanitation in order to prevent the spread of infectious diseases inside our homes.
This is in partner with different agencies like our Department of Health, UP-National Institutes of Health, Pediatric Infectious Disease Society of the Philippines and Reckitt Benckiser, they are here to help spread the word and support the Philippine Spring Cleaning Day. (more news below)
The Philippine Spring Cleaning Day campaign will also help to put cleaning as a top priority because according to their research, there are 1.5 million of lives were lost due to infectious diseases, and every life per seconds can be saved if this campaign was observed and activated, cleaning and sanitation for our country is good and it will be a big help to go back and be reminded that cleaning is not always happening every new year.
