Star Style - Penn Badgley


Actor Penn Badgley was spotted walking on the set of the popular TV show Gossip Girl with a Moncler jacket and a pair of Hunter Tall Boots ($125) on his feet. These boots were designed for everyday wear, but especially come in handy during fall and winter weather.
