Pharmaton MVP Challenge final leg

The fourth week and also final week of the Pharmaton MVP Challenge gave a full throttle to our 5 participants, each of them gave everything they got to get the crown for the country's ambitious endurance race. Our racers : Anthony Cuerpo, TJ Isla, Bensn Martinez, Monica Torres and Popo Remigio beat all challenges coming from Davao up to Pangasinan, and now they face more physical and mental challenges for the final leg of the race. San Juan Beach in La Union started the final leg as they do surfing and paddling on the waves, the competition took a break and waited for them for another day with an inspired "Amazing Race" set up, another muscles and brains challenge in Vigan, and as Monica Torres says that its her first time to joined a month long endurance challenge and its the toughest race she ever competed.

Road bike challenged was next for Day 26, the rough road in Pagudpod up to La Paz Sand Dunes occured with lots of adrenaline, sand and boards. After the road bike, another bicycle race challenged faced them to end the day. The next race was in Baguio city, the racers climbed up using their bikes and the uphill terrain is not that easy if you will accompany a running challenge going down to Naguillan Road up to the finish line in Burnham Park.

All of them received their scores and rates of performance of each race. The big unveiling of winners will be revealed on April 26. Who do you think will win and take home the P500,000 grand prize.

Pharmaton MVP Challenge week 3 updates / joining in a month long race is not a joke

The Pharmaton MVP Challenge Week 3 brings our 5 racers closer to the finish line, our challenger racers felt the pressure again on the race and obstacle that they faced for week 3.

An endurance race on the next series gave them a challenge to do a mile run in Talisay, Batangas, then a bike time trail in Tagaytay City, then followed by a kayak race after they wake up in the morning. The challengers didn't quit and never rest, and as Popo Remigio said an interview - "Participating in a month-long endurance challenge is no joke, it really is very tiring but we also get to enjoy ourselves because of the different places we visit."

Its great to hear that our challengers do enjoy after the race, but I know all of them got only focus - to win the race and took home the P500k prize cash.

The next day is that they drove all the way from Batangas going to Quezon City were they faced a mini challenge at the Ninoy Aquino Parks and Wildlife Bureau. Mini challenges requires less muscles, but more on the brain. Focus is needed here and I know our challengers knows what to do in this mini challenges.

Subic, Zambales gave our challengers a road bike challenge and then a stressful uphill and downhill run. The day finished at the Pawikan Center and the next challenge was to help these baby sea turtles to be released onto the open sea. While in Subic, they race again with their bikes going to Gawad Kalinga Center to bond and share gifts to the underprivileged people. After the bonding time with the locals, a brain twister challenge awaits at the Subic's Eco Village.

The Subic leg of the race ended with another kayak challenge, the race brought them to Alaminos, Pangasinan with a lot of running and stamina test, the run challenge will only take half an hour to the finish line. And of course, if you are in Alaminos, you need to take another swim challenge through the beautiful Hundred islands, then another running challenge in Lingayen.

On Day 23 of the challenge, a water sport challenge gave our challengers another test, that's surfing and paddling in San Juan Resort in La Union. And after the surf, they will have another brain challenge that waits for them in Vigan.

Bike, Kayak and Downhill race for Pharmaton MVP Challenge week 2

Its week 2 for our Pharmaton MVP Challengers and they are in Guimaras, Iloilo and the outdoor adventure and challenge never stops there, on Day 9, the five racers faced another tough challenge of the kayak race an then a bike challenge from the Trappist Monastery going to Rayment Resort.

The following day our 5 racers went swimming in an island resort, then a run from Capitol Bldg going to Jordan Hall and then follows the path to SM Iloilo were the pit stop are designated. The racers feel a lot of stress and pressure on this contest, and its unbelievable to see our racers remained focuses on their race and strategy.

On Day 11, they crossed the province of Antique by their bikes and kayak, then headed to Mindoro, a swim challenge awaits and then a leg's challenge was experienced afterwards, that's running and more running for them. On the end of Week 2, another kayak challenge was held at the Acacia Resort going to the pitstop of Talisay, Batangas. We know that our racers are beating their selves up and put their body to the limit as week 2 becomes more challenging than week 1.

According to Anthony Cuerpo, one of the racers, he said that traveling and the changes in the environment add to the pressure in the game, the fatigue gave him a slow setting but he manage to survive the 2nd week of the race.

Pharmaton endorser, Derek Ramsay, gears up with Pharmaton MVP Unleashed Challengers, TJ Isla, Chok Martinez, Monica Torres, Popoy Remigio and Anthony Cuerpo at the kick-off in Davao.

The Pharmaton MVP Challenge just kicks off in Davao this week and the nationa endurance race started with our 5 challengers on a bike race, The racer - Anthony Cuerpo, TJ Isla, Chok Martinez, Popo Remigio and Monica Torres are now into the challenge of their lifetime, the race started in Davao and going to the highlands of Bukidnon in Mindanao, it will be a big road bike challenge to these 5 racers.

On day 3 of the race, a trail bike race was experienced and a 30 minute run going to the pit stop in Cagayan de Oro.

They also raced in Bohol, that's a 3 hour road bike challenge and then another 3 hour for swimming challenge. The racers did also a kayak race at Puntod loop and then did another two hour run going to Bee Farm Resort.

(I felt tired while reading and typing this story and see that this challenge is really tough!)

on day 6 of the race, they are at Danao Adventure Park located in Bohol, they experienced a trail run, kayak race slalom and a mental challenge occured inside the Danao caves. Its a tough challenge and that last challenge requires you to use your brains and memory and I wonder how these racers manage to get on focus after the tough race and obstacles. On the last week of the challenge, there will be another road bike and lots of running challenge that will happen on Tubigon, Bohol.

The racers will go next to Cebu Capitol in the Queen of the South, and another road bike race going up the hill and another run awaits for the Pharmaton MVP Challenge racers.

This is one tough challenge, and I know that these racers are having a great time of their life as they move in different islands here in the Philippines and I can't wait to know who will win in this racer.


The five Pharmaton challengers start their journey to unleash their MVP potential. These 5 individuals will challenge both their body and mind as they traverse 2,907km of the entire country for 30 days.
